A Recipe Rooted in Love

Some stories begin with a craving. Mine began with my father’s love for apple pies.

Growing up, no one in our home knew how to make them just the way he liked. He loved them so much that he would request a chef from another city to come over just to bake the perfect apple pie for him. It was a rare treat, something special, something that made him happy.

Years went by, and the chef who used to make those pies passed away. The taste my father loved was lost—until one day, during the stillness of the COVID-19 lockdown, I decided to try making it myself. What started as an experiment quickly became a passion. With each attempt, I got better. Soon, my family and friends couldn't get enough and encouraged me to sell them.

That was the beginning of this journey—baking not just for the love of apple pies, but for the love of my father, who cherishes them so much.
